Christmas Dinner Recipes

Pork
4 lbs Butt Pork Roast
32oz tomato sauce
3t pressed or minced garlic
2-4 c brown sugar (depending on how sweet)
4t cumin
4c Dr Pepper
3T molasses
1/2t salt
Pepper to taste
In a crock pot add the tomato sauce, garlic, brown sugar, cumin, Dr Pepper, molasses, salt and pepper, mix well. Add the pork, cook for 12hours on low. Check the roast periodically to make sure it is getting tender. When the roast is falling apart, remove the fat. Taste a small amount with the juice to make suer it is sweet enough, if it is not add more brown sugar or molasses. Shred the rost and add it back into the crock pot. Let this cook for 10-20 minutes.
